Account Access
HR Fleet Ops is restricted to approved Hampton Roads regional emergency services personnel. To request access, download the app and submit a registration request. A system administrator will review and approve your account.
Common Issues
- Can't log in — Make sure your account has been approved by an administrator. Check your email for an approval notification.
- Forgot password — Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset via email.
- Account not approved — Contact your agency's Fleet Ops administrator or email us at hrfleetops@gmail.com
- App not loading — Ensure you have an active internet connection. Close and reopen the app.
- Wrong agency or role assigned — Contact your administrator to update your account settings.
