You may request deletion of your HR Fleet Ops account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Your request will be processed within 30 days of verification.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account and login credentials
• Your user profile (name, rank, phone number, agency, role)
• Any duty contact assignments linked to your account
• Any GPS location data written during underway sessions

What May Be Retained

Operational log entries (e.g. vessel status change history) may be retained for up to 90 days for agency audit purposes before permanent deletion. No personal data is shared with third parties during or after this process.

Partial Data Deletion

If you wish to request deletion of specific data without deleting your account (such as removing a duty phone number or profile photo), include that request in your email and we will process it within 30 days.
